How Do You Coat a Commercial Floor in Great Falls Without Closing the Business?

Phasing, fast-cure topcoats and dry air make it workable, but the moisture test and the surface profile still decide whether the floor lasts.

The floors Great Falls runs on

Both standards say the result describes the slab only when and where tested. The second is profile. ICRI Technical Guideline 310.2R-2013 grades concrete surface profile from CSP 1 to 10; high-build coatings call for about CSP 3 to 5, grinding spans CSP 1 to 9 and shot blasting CSP 2 to 9, and acid etching tops out at CSP 2. The guideline also lists what comes off first: laitance, oil, films, paint and old coatings. Grinding and surface prep to that profile, verified by a tensile pull-off that one epoxy sheet sets at 250 psi minimum, is most of the job and the schedule.

Slip, chemicals and cleanability by floor type

Wet zones get a quartz broadcast for grip and a cove base that turns the floor up the wall so nothing collects in the corner. Chemical loads in Great Falls are specific.
